Interview attendees, vendors, and special guests
Bring personality, creativity, and humour to our feeds
Ideal for: Aspiring content creators, journalists, or media students with a strong social presence and a flair for fun.
2. Graphic Design Intern
Are you someone who speaks in fonts and thinks in layouts? We need a Graphic Design Intern to create event-branded content for social, web, and print. You’ll help make each event visually cohesive and bring our vibe to life through eye-catching graphics.
Responsibilities:
Design event schedules, and signage
Create templates and assets for social media posts
Assist with real-time graphic needs during the events
Ensure all materials align with event branding and aesthetic
Ideal for: Design students or creatives with a good eye for detail and proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
3. Photo & Video Intern
Are you the friend who always brings the camera? Join us as our Photo & Video Intern and help visually document the magic of our summer events. From sweeping shots of the venue to candid moments and highlight reels, your work will tell the story.
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality photos and video footage during the events
Assist with editing short recap videos and highlight reels
Organize and label photo/video files for post-event use
Work closely with the social media and graphic design interns for content needs
Ideal for: Photography or film students with experience in DSLR, mirrorless cameras or film and basic editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
